Description

Phoenix is the new near-real-time (daily updates) data set from the Open Event Data Alliance (event mining), using a white-list of about 200 web sources and the open-source EL:DIABLO/PETRARCH coding system. All components in the data coding pipeline are transparent and openly available. http://phoenixdata.org/. Phoenix uses PETRARCH, EL:DIABLO, Scraper, Pipeline to get event datasets.
